When Marc was a teenager, he was overweight and loved to party.
That was his super power.

After stepping into a gym, his life quickly transformed, and the Marc we know today was born.

He has stepped onto many stages, competing in various body building events, showing us that the only limitation we have is our own beliefs.
Dallas Price

Born a natural athlete, Dallas, like many young sports-obsessed kids, didn’t think training included anything off the field or court.
By her early twenties, she quit rugby because the pain in her back had become unbearable. It took her three years to find her way back into a gym, but with it, she could return to the rugby field as well.
She quickly realized the power of strength training to reduce and overcome pain and dysfunction. She set off to learn as much as she could about strength training, injury prevention, post-rehab training and sports performance.
Over the past fifteen years, Dallas has worked with every demographic, from expecting mothers to hip replacement patients to national level rugby athletes.
She has seen how strength training can give you back your life
