Workout Monitoring:  I develop each client a workout tracker with step-by-step instructions on how to achieve specific fitness goals.  Whether you go to a gym or have your own home equipment, I will create a plan that will fit into your busy life and evolve with you as your body changes through this process.

Health and Fitness Information: Whether you want to lose weight, learn proper eating habits, or step on stage; I will provide you with the meal plan and fitness knowledge to assist you in achieving your goal.  I have successfully taught many how to effectively change eating habits, decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass and I can help you too. One of the most important aspects of good health and a great physique is your eating habits. By replacing your current diet with one specifically designed for your body and lifestyle I will help you achieve your fitness goals and teach you how to maintain it for life!
